Recognizing that many of our beliefs are formed by external factors rather than our own inner convictions can lead to a period of disorientation and discomfort. This “dark night of the soul” is challenging but necessary for moving toward a more authentic and self-defined existence. The freedom to think independently and define yourself beyond societal expectations can be immensely liberating.

I am also dedicated to assisting mothers who find the transition to motherhood challenging. By helping you understand the dynamics of your role and facilitating deep inner healing, I aim to ensure a smooth transition into motherhood and ongoing support for a healthy, balanced parenting experience.
